This Privacy Policy describes how Operator collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with rental-property and vendor communications, including SMS and MMS messages.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, lease-related information, vendor contact details, service request details, appointment information, and other information you provide during a tenant or vendor relationship.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- communicate about leases, tenancy, and property operations;
- coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and access;
- schedule and confirm appointments with tenants and vendors;
- follow up on service requests, invoices, and property issues;
- maintain records related to rental and vendor relationships.
SMS Messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help deliver messages.

How Consent Works
Tenants and vendors provide SMS/MMS consent by directly providing their mobile number for rental-property operations, initiating a text conversation, or asking or agreeing to receive one-to-one operational messages. Messages are limited to lease, maintenance, access, scheduling, service, invoice, payment, and related property matters. This messaging program is not used for marketing blasts or promotional campaigns. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support messaging, scheduling, maintenance coordination, document storage, bookkeeping, or other operational functions, but only as reasonably necessary to run these services.
Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also request updates or corrections to your contact information by reaching out directly.
